WebPlus X4: How do I: Put HOT spot over a "Roll over"?

Dear Group, been absent 'cos LOST ALL my programs.
Even had to buy a new copy of X4.
Well,
On a Master page I have a Rollover,which just changes the colour of the image. No link.
On each page that uses this MP I want to "link" to a specific, different page whilst retaining the Rollover change. I use a "hot spot".
If I make only a "tiny" region for the hot spot, the colour change occurs BUT it is NOT obvious to the user where the HOT Spot is. Too large and it overlap
the the "rollover effect".
Any ideas or am I going around this the wrong way?
Any ideas welcome.
