WebPlus X5: High Impact Email 5

OK, before anyone flames me... I know this isn't about webplus 5, but I got High impact email in the post with Webplus today.

Has anyone had problems installing it?

The installer keeps directing me to Microsoft to download net framework 2 or above, except I keep being told I have it. I can't install the program.

Has anyone had similar or know a workaround?!

Again, sorry for the posting in the wrong place, but I know you folks can usually help!

No one's going to flame you as the email package is part of the X5 offer. In another thread someone else had a similar problem.

Go to Serif's Tech Support if you don't get a response here and don't forget it's early on and not many have the X5 bundle yet.

This is not an answer to your problem, but speaking of High Impact E-mail...

I'll soon have a brand new, unopened copy of High Impact E-mail to give away to whoever in the USA that wants it. I'll even pay the $1.98 shipping. Interested? FIRST post here that says they want it, gets it, then send an E-mail with your mailing address in the body:

jimbserif14 bitsofthisandthat com

...and be sure to fill in the gaps in the address with the @ and the .

Put HIE in the subject line so I don't delete it.

Serif says they shipped WP X5 and HIE to me today, so I anticipate 2 - 4 weeks before I receive it.

All sorted now. I have edited my first post to show the link to the company website that makes the program. You can download their new installer. Hopefully the serial will work!

No "stocks" to reduce, just one copy of High Impact E-mail, that is bundled with my -soon-to-arrive copy of WebPlus X5.

I have no use for "high impact" E-mail. Plain E-mail works fine for me.

Hmm... what a shame Serif couldn't have sorted this one out instead of leaving it to their customers

Hi all,
Still having some issues with this program. Now that I have managed to install it, I now cannot run it. I am waiting for an activation email, which it says I need before I can start the program. The email has not arrived and I have even clicked on their resend email. It isn't in the spam folder either!

Has anyone worked out how to get past this?

I am having same issues - as my bundle arrived today - high impact email 5 detects microsoft framework v2 is not installed (even though i have version 4 installed) - trying your fixes now to see if i get anywhere --

ok i downloaded the platinum edition from your original link - it asked me to signup for a readyshare account which i did - and the activation email arrived
(from support@templatezone.com) - i was unable to access high impact until this had been activated - upon activation - high impact started and asked for the unlock code - i entered the one received on the product case - and it seems to be working - although not tested much
