DrawPlus Starter Edition: i can't install with my product key

i have downloaded the drawplus starter edition (102MB) and when i tried installing, it asked for the product key which i duly keyed in but but a message kept popping that the key is not correct. the key was sent into my inbox by serif n i rechecked several times but the same message kept popping.i don't know what to do. i use windows 7

One of the potential problems that can arise when entering a product key is confusing the letter O for the number 0. In the case of your DrawPlus Starter Edition key, it is a zero that you will be needing to enter.
Another option is to copy and paste each of the 5 blocks of letters and numbers into the appropriate boxes, ensuring that you do not opt to copy the dashes between the blocks.
