PhotoPlus X4: Themes with AlbumPlus Organizer

I downloaded the PhotoPlus X4 which includes the Album Plus Organizer. Whenever I go to share for calendar, greeting card and photo album all the templates are blank. I installed and reinstalled. Are you supposed to download templates or are there some preinstalled?

AlbumPlus Organiser is a reduced feature version of AlbumPlus X4. The options that display as hourglass icons are not present in the Organiser version. Apologies for this not being clear in the software.

This is the reply I got from Serif Tech Support when I posed the same question you did.
