can any on tell me how to inport xvideo files thatt doint separate from the sound file or a way off inporting the sound file from xvideo files many thanks mr t j fry

xvideo? What type of files is that? Where did you get the original file?

I must admit I am also not sure what you mean by xvideo?
Could it be MAC OS X Video files?
X Box Video Files?
Or QuickTime X files?

I think more information is needed.

its a high quality video format with high compression as well as small file size

Or Xvid (an open source version based on MPEG-4 ISO format)- I've never heard of Xvideo.

Go here and install the Xvid codec.
