Angry Smart object

Hi

when I try to make a forum or a blok with smart object this message comes

"The Serif Web Resources server has failed to respond in a timely fashion. Please ensure you are connected to the internet, then try to access the server agin."

And if I want to search for updates, this is what I get
"Unable to communicate whit the Update server. Please go to http://www.serif.com to check for updates"

What is the problem??

The Serif server could be busy, or malfunctioning, or off-line, or isolated from the Internet, or any of several other possible problems. Try again later. Maybe an hour, maybe tomorrow.

Or your computer is not connected to the Internet, or your firewall is blocking access to the Serif servers, or your ISP is blocking access to Serif's servers, or any of a few other possible problems.

Hi Billen

Can you not set your firewall that it allows you to connect?
