Public to test products before they hit the shelfs

Can serif let some of the old hands who use the produts (long standing customers )test the product there way as it seems that the forum so or highlites problems
Queston for serif who test these products and which country as it seems what the public do to what your testers do seem or if diffrent

Serif does have an in-house testing team, and does use outside (non-company) "BETA" testers, some of whom are posters in this forum.

Due to confidentiality requirements, probably none of the BETA testers will identify themselves.

If you want to become a tester, you could try writing to Serif to volunteer.
