Lightbulb Photo Plus X2 Crash

Just got this program about 2 Weeks ago and was fooling around with it today and notice that when I go into the files menu and select color management the program crashes. I get the message that Photo Plus has stopped working [check on line for a solution and restart the program]. It does this every time I select color management.

I have Vista Permanent. installed, GB of hard disk avail. 4 mb's memory and nvidia 9600 GT/512mb. Check serif website for updates and it says I current no updates needed. Any Ideas? Thanks TC

Lightbulb Re:*Photo Plus X2 Crash

TC,
First, check in Help>About that you are using 12.0.2 The Help, check for updates is not working at the moment due to our fileserver being down. If you have 12.0.0 or 12.0.1 then wait for the patches https://www.serif.com/downloads.asp to be available again please.

If you are using the latest build 12.0.2 then the following may be true.
A different customer has supplied all the colour profiles in his "C:WINDOWSsystem32spooldriverscolor" folder zipped up and sent. We looked at them, and found the one that was causing the crash. The solution is a software change, which is in the PhotoPlus 12 branch of the code, but I do not think it has made it into a patch yet, sorry. If we do make a PhotoPlus 12.0.3 patch this change will be in, and hopefully it will mend your similar sounding issue. However we do not currently have plans for a PhotoPlus X2 patch. I can only suggest that you see what profiles you have in that folder, and if you see some you are not planning to use, then remove them (put them in a safe place elsewhere) and try PhotoPlus X2 again. Indeed you may find exactly which profile is causing the crash in which case email it to me and I will make sure that the fix (which is in DPX2 (9.0.5) and PPX2 (12.0.4) & PPX3 (13.0.0)) is correct for you too.

<edit>the profiles that caused the crash were
1. LGL1710B.ICM (0.6 kb)
2. SE198WFP.ICM (0.5 kb)
</edit>

Sorry I cannot offer more of a fix.
