Bullet Points

Can anyone please tell me how to change the colour of a bullet point. I have tried all ways I can think of to do it but to no avail
I am using PagePlus 8 PDF version

Insert the text cursor at the end of the line and select the colour from the Swatches. This works in PP9 and later versions at least.
