Serif PhotoPlus 11.1.0 Patch Announcement

Dear All.

Serif are pleased to announce the release of a patch for PhotoPlus 11 (build number 11.1.0.018).

The main purpose of the patch is to resolve Vista performance and compatibility issues http://www.serif.com/forum/ViewThrea...d=28387#191376. It ensures that PhotoPlus 11 has full functionality within the Vista operating system as well as the previously supported operating systems of Windows® 98 SE, Me, 2000, or XP. This patch also tackles a number of issues discovered after the release of PhotoPlus 11, for which we apologise.

We would recommend that all users of PhotoPlus 11 download and install this patch.

Patching can be done manually by going to the downloads page http://www.serif.com/downloads.asp OR by using the "Check for update from web" option in the Help Menu of PhotoPlus 11. The patch is 2.2 MB in size. This is a patch that updates the installed files and requires that you have installed a CD version (not the download version). Please note that if you purchased the downloadable version from this site that you will need to use the option “Help/Check for Updates from web” within the program. If check for updates still says you already have the latest version, you may have a special version for which the patch has not yet been made.

Fix for print multiple crashing
Improved Camera Raw support

Tutorials work with Adobe Reader 8 (program CD entries only);
