Unable to export from DP5.02

Help!
Using Windows ME I was able to export my graphics from DrawPlus 5.0 with no problems. Since installing Windows XP....no joy.
I've downloaded the patch for DP5.0 but when I try to run DP it tells me the program is corrupt. Tried repairing/re-installing with no solution.

The original problem was very odd.........it gave every appearance of saving the graphic and indeed was apparent in the "window" when I saved subsequent graphics. Problem is when I looked in Windows XP "My Documents" it/they was/were nowhere to be found.

Any ideas? All help appreciated.
