Can't install any of the free products

When trying to install any of the free serif programs, i'm always getting the same error-box.

(free translation)
16-bit Windows-subsystem
c:Windowssystem32Autoexex.NT. The Systemfile is not valid for MS-DOS- and Microsoft Windows-applications. Chose close to close the application.
So then i can chose "close" or "ignore".

Anyone any idea ?

running Xp Home Ed.+sp2
