Lightbulb web plus 7 and flash

Can you help
i would like to put flash animations onto my web site how do i go about this with web 7. This is new to me, i can create the flash but web plus fights with me any help would be appreciated.

i followed the link but could not get it right i am using animated fx,anfy and coffee cup soft ware for flash ans applets but dont know how to incorperate them into web plus if this is possible at all. any help would be appreciated.

Troy,

As Tom indicated in his post to the thread I pointed you to, for a Flash file you should go to Insert > Web Object > Video... and browse to your Flash (.swf) file. Clicking the 'Inline' radio button will let you position the Flash file on the page and stretch it to the required display size. For a Java applet, go to Insert > Web Object > Java Applet... and fill in the required details.
