WebPlus X4: My live website removes my images with no warning!! My text and images disappear?!

My saved webpage initially shows my JPEG image icons.

When I minimise the screen and maximise again half of the images have disappeared along with the text.

It shows the image frames and text frames but the content is not visible.

I am struggling to understand why. I have installed the latest updates and I now cannot update my live page.

Do you have a link to the website?

How are you uploading - via the program FTP tool or using something else like FileZilla?

Thanks for your quick response....

I upload my images on to my webX4 template and then upload the site via an FTP tool

even in the programme, I can see the images as soon as I click on another tab within the system the images disappear!

I can't see without a link, but using the program FTP tool (Publish to Web) is the best method to ensure files and folders (wpimages and wpscripts) and their contents are created when uploading.

I'm not really sure what you are telling us.

For the images not to appear there is something on individual pages that is covering them up. Try selecting each one in turn and make sure it is on top.

Having generated your project you then presumably Publish to Disk Folder from your comment about using ftp?

Do you get the same problem if you run the site from there?

I've had a look at the site and I cannot get any of the icons to disappear using either IE9 or Google Chrome, so, could it be a cache problem at your end? Perhaps worth clearing it..

I do note though that the "Location Map" one is missing.
