Updateprobleme mit der deutschen Version 12.0.4

Hallo zusammen,
und wieder habe ich probleme das neue Update 12.0.4 herunterzuladen, mir wird wie das letzte mal angezeigt, dass ein neues Update vorhanden ist aber das herunterladen klappt dann nicht. Nach einer halben Stunde, nach dem die beiden Processbalken immer noch leer sind, breche ich dann meistens ab.

Ich habe auf der Downloadseite bei Drawplus nachgesehen, aber dort wird für alle anderen Programme der direkte deutsche Download angeboten, nur für Drawplus X5 nicht. Das verstehe ich nicht. Jetzt ist Drawplus schon sehr mit Fehlern behaftet und man muss jedesmal kämpfen um das Update zu bekommen. Ich kann z.Zeit nicht sagen, dass ich Drawplus weiterempfehlen kann.

Das letzte mal hat mir Sarah.W sehr geholfen indem sie mir den direkten Dowenload hier zur Verfügung gestellt hat.

@Sarah W. kannst du das bitte nochmal für mich tun?

Dieter is once again unable to download the German patch for DP and wonders if Sarah W would kindly make it available for him here, as she did last time. At the moment, he does not feel that he can recommend DP to others because of this ongoing issue.

We have had several German users updating to the latest version of DrawPlus, and as with Sarah, I can only assume that there is some form of firewall in place that is preventing you from accessing the information.

habe mir das Update heruntergeladen und installiert. Alle anderen Software Updates klappen ohne Probleme, deshalb verstehe ich nicht warum ich bei DP X5 immer wieder welche habe.

Warum stellt ihr die Deutschen Updates für DP X5 nicht auf eurer Supportseite zur Verfügung, wie ihr es auch für Pageplus und Webplus macht ?

With our existing multi-lingual releases, we provide updates in the available languages on Serif.com. However, as Sarah has previously indicated, DrawPlus X5 was created prior to our applications becoming fully multi-lingual releases. German patches will not, therefore be automatically included on this site.
Future releases of DrawPlus will be fully multi-lingual.
It is unfortunate that you have been unable to obtain the patch from within the program, but we can assure you that this process has been tested, and from our records, we can see that German users have been able to update successfully.

Hallo Andreas,
aus Sicht des Anwenders verstehe ich nicht, warum es nicht möglich ist den Link zum Update nicht auch auf der Supportseite zu veröffentlichen. Ich will auch gerne glauben, dass ihr das Autoupdate im DP X5 getestet habt und dass es in der Regel funktioniert, warum ich die Probleme habe ist mir auch ein Rätsel. Ich hoffe, dass ich beim nächsten Update hier wieder Hilfe bekomme, den das Runterladen und installieren mit den obigen Link klappt einwandfrei.
