Unhappy lost pictures


I have committed the cardinal sin of not saving photographs before deleting them AGH!!.
Is there anyway I can recover the photographs be gentle am a silver surfer this is my first time on a forum

Welcome to the Serif forums, swanssnappa.

From where are you hoping to recover your photographs? If you have a movie clip which includes the photos, you can import it into MoviePlus and save the relevant frames as JPEGs. If you only have a MoviePlus Project (*.mvp) file, it won't have the photos embedded in it, so although you would be able to recover the structure of the project, you wouldn't be able to recover the media that you originally used.

Are the photographs from memory card that you have not yet reused?

If so you may be able to recover the originals using something like either....

or ......

http://www.piriform.com/recuva

Both of which I believe are free.

howdy everybody ,thanks for the information Vic,dont know which button I pressed but have found a file with the lost pictures .YEAHAAAA..
