I couldn't see how to specify the margins and gaps with 'Print as thumbnails', so I decided to go down the 'Tools > Replicate' route instead.

I couldn't find it either so used to using PP for these kinds of projects, I guess.

But, your workaround may well be easier for Leslie to visualize.

How are you getting CA to do N-up? I tried your file. Set it to print 30 copies. Thumbnails at 30 per page and it still just prints one in the upper left. If I have 30 pages in CA, this would work, but not if I have only one 'label' I want printed 30 times.

I'm hoping Serif adds the new PP Print Preview to CA! This would add the N-up needed for this type of CA project.

Hi Gary

I do not have a working printer to test out the 30 thumbnails per page in the file I attached. That's why I suggested that the OP do so.

It is my understanding that thumbnails print many per page.

Hi Marilyn,

Don't you have a PDF printer driver? If not, why not?

The 'Print as thumbnails' option prints many pages per sheet, but only if you have enough pages, so you would need to insert extra pages using the 'Copy objects from' option.

Too lazy to install one on this 'replacement keyboard'

I still think labels of this nature are better created and produced in PagePlus.... or DrawPlus.

There are 'label' templates in CA, but more craft type that you cut out. But Avery templates would be a nice feature for CA to have with real 'N-up' printing. Sounds like something for the wish list.

I find if you use open office to open then export to a pdf it keeps the circle lines so you can see them.

I also found some templates for Avery labels to use in craft artist on wintervallie.com
