Default PDF FORMS

Hello There,

I am hoping a PP whizz will be able to help me out! (yet again!!!)

I am trying to create a PDF form, but I have came across two problems.

1. I want to create a large text field. So that you can enter so many lines. However, when I try to make the standard (one line) form field larger, it will only let you write your entry in the centre of the field and when you press 'enter' to down a line, it closes the field and goes to the next form field....?? (Sorry if this is confusing!)

2. Secondly, is there a way of creating a PDF form where you can enter all the fields then send it to someone else locked, so they can't edit it?? I want my collegues to be able to enter the information on their own computers and send it to a customer locked.

Hoping you'll help!
Kayleigh

1. Edit the text field form properties (double-click) and check the multi-line checkbox.

2. Not sure. Open the filled form in PDF-XChange viewer, flatten all comments and save it as a new PDF file.

Thanks! At least that solves that problem. Although after reading other comments I dug up after searching I think the un-editable PDF is something Abobe have limited. Thank you for your reply.
