Default Nav bar issues on iphone

Hello
The drop downs on the nav bar don't show on the iphone, is it me?

It's not you it's a number of 'smartphones'.

There's a thread by BrianE with a workaround.

Seeing as Serif has sold this product stating that you can create a mobile friendly version with it, surely they should have fixed this. I only purchased it because the X5 nav bars didn't work with iPhone and now it appears that neither does this. I feel really let down by them on this issue.

Serif told me to use the Javascript Navbar, it doesn't work either

You need to also follow this walk through guide as well as changing your nav bar to java script. I really don't want to have a java script bar. I want it to look the way that I had it originally. Here's the forum post:

I got fed up in the end and reverted to original bar (which does look much better) and just put links on the pages where IOS does not recognise the navbar. My major problem with X6 is the slider: absolute nightmare. Serif has always been about evolution, this X6 was scripted by someone who has never used or seen X5, X4 etc,
I don't think I will be buying X7
