I uploaded my website to an external hosting, but it does not show the blog and the other Smart Objects that use Serif Web Resources.

2/ waht is the extension of a Serif blog object and a Serif poll object?

Hi and welcome to the Serif forums.

Which version of WebPlus are you using and what is the site's url?

The smart objects are hosted on Serif's servers and show up on your pages automagically. There is no reported problem here http://status.serif.com/

This thread will be moved to the WebPlus forum.

What is the extension of smart object files? Should they be read only or writable? Shall I place them in a differnt folder?
Thank you

I see a blog and mailing list signup on your website. The smart objects are hosted by SWR (Serif Web Resources) and then fed into your website via an iFrame.

I see a suggestions form and a booking form on that page, and a sign-up box for a newsletter mailing list. What else should I be seeing?

Smart Objects are entirely handled on the SWR server, so there is no need for you to concern yourself with folders, file extensions or permissions.

Thing is that none of the Serif Smart Objects show up: there are three polls and one blog. The reason why I asked for the extension of the files is to see if there is any reading/writing status to change from the file manager of the server hosting the website.

As mentioned, these are fed to your website via an iFrame, the hosting is SWR. Which page(s) are the three polls to appear on?

The blog and 2 polls are on the last page, one poll is on the second page, all pages have a mailing list object (in master page)

The smart objects appear for me in all browsers. A section of your Blog page is attached via a screenshot.
