Trying to install High Impact eMail 5 Platinum and a message comes up after the file extraction stating that 'setup has detected that i do not have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or higher on my machine'

The thing is i do have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 on my machine!! So far i cannot get past this stage to install the software.

Operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium x64 and Microsoft .NET comes installed as part of the operating system. Please help!!

What a load of hassle this programme is!
No wonder its free,

Installed disk, followed instructions. No activation arrived.
Screen keeps popping up.
What a hassle, why do they make this such a hassle to install?
Got disk from Serif. All installed and forms filled in and keep getting a screen “Activate your readyshare account”. So filled in form again and …….still nothing!
No email?
Then changed email and password. Re did it all and ………………..nothing
Then registered on their web site and re did it all again and … nothing.

No wonder free.
I thought this would compliment the serif package I had and it made me go ahead earlier than was intended with the newer versin of web plus. This has been a massive waste of time!

I think serif has made a great mistake in sending this out especially when I read that Serif were going to try to improve the install hassle.

What on earth needs to be done now?

Help!!!!!!!
