At the very bottom of your page you have 2 style statements. Attached is a screenshot with the 2 lines of code circled in red. Just delete those two lines and your slider will work just fine! Already did it with your page this afternoon.

Here's also a link to a WP file I did with the full screen, full width and fixed width sliders on separate pages so there's no confusion. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/47141769/CameraSlider2.wpp Feel free to use them! Just copy and paste the html fragment and if you have the directory structure correct it will work fine. Ya have to add your images also.

THANK YOU yes it works!
But it's a bit complicated for someone that doesn't know anything about programming. These 2 lines were in grey in my webplus file and impossible to delete. I could delete these 2 line when I opened the html file in dreamveawer.
Actually why are those line created anyway? did I something wrong?

Yes, those 2 lines weren't in the sample of the slider! They appeared in WP. Not sure how but they didn't need to be there! This afternoon I cut and pasted your code into WP and started looking for the problem and those 2 lines deleted fine in WP.

Anyway, glad ya got it working!!!

Hi Joe ive recently put this Fluid Slider on to a site im currently working on and i must say it looks fantastic!

My only question is, ive managed to delete the pop up strip and its writing at the bottom of the slider, but i also want to delete the picture timer (top right) and the small circular icons (bottom right) but so far have been unsuccessful. Could you point me in the right direction please....?

thanks Rob

Hi Rob,

Insert the two items marked red into your script. Sample script follows:

Code:
<script>
        jQuery(function(){

            jQuery('#camera_index').camera({
                height: '200px',
                loader:'none',
                pagination: false,
                thumbnails: false,
                imagePath: 'images/'
            });
        });
    </script>

Hi Clitheroe Kid,
how i make it that the slider is not on top? I need it much more under the top, so evtl. 250px from top, so i can make my navigation or my logo over the slider on the beginning of the site.
Is it possible?
Many thanks.

Below the <style> tag in page head remove the items marked /* added */ and insert the item marked in red.

Code:

<style>

        .fluid_container {
       /*    position:absolute;  added */
            top:250px;
            margin: 0 auto;
            max-width: 100%;
            width: 100%;
            z-index:1; /*added */
        }
    </style>
Joe

In the script in page head, insert the item in red. Sample script follows: 2000 = milliseconds (1000 = 1 sec) change to suit

Code:
<script>
        jQuery(function(){

            jQuery('#camera_index').camera({
                height: '200px',

                time: 2000,
                pagination: false,
                thumbnails: false,
                imagePath: 'images/'
            });
        });
    </script>

Sorry, my mistake. Change fixed to absolute.

Code:
<style>
.fluid_container {
            position:absolute;
            top: 250px;
            margin: 0 auto;
            max-width: 100%; /* was 100% */
            width: 100%; /* was 100% */
            z-index:1; /*added */
        }
  </style>

Hi Joe, I've done this and the look is brilliant, thank you. Only 1 thing I'm having trouble with is a timing issue with another slider I'm using. But I can have a fiddle with it and if necessary i can build these in to the main picture slider.

Thanks for your help..

Yes. Change the thumb and slider images in the appropriate files and amend the divs as shown below in red.

Code:
<div data-thumb="images/slides/thumbs/bridge.jpg" data-src="images/slides/bridge.jpg">
                    <div class="camera_caption fadeFromBottom">
                        Camera is a responsive/adaptive slideshow. <em>Try to resize the browser window</em>
                    </div>
    </div>
