Thanks Lon.
I see on Wiki that there has only been two recorded sightings in the UK of a Cedar Waxwing. Alas I can't claim one - that was one of the pieces of free stock footage!

I used to see them a lot as a youngster. Stunningly pretty birds! Well, it was still a beautifully done video. Thanks for posting and sharing it.

Hello Everyone! I haven't been on here in awhile, and unfortunately don't intend on saying much ( ) but, I thought I might share some of my MP produced videos.

Here's one of my random test videos. Shot on a Canon 60D, but I think it shows some of the excellent color correction, stabilization, etc. of moviePlus.

I'm a leader in 4-H, a nonprofit youth organization. All the videos on our Vimeo channel were produced with MoviePlus! Everyone is very pleased with what we can do with it. I actually used it as the editor for a video production class which I taught.

As with my personal videos, all stabilization, cutting, color correction, text, etc provided by MP.

Nothing too crazy, just checked in and thought I would share!

Can't say enough good things about "Rainy Impressions", Tyler! It was your vid that inspired me to pick up MvP again, with the thought that I might be able to produce something as good.

Very nice video. I think I would rather like to visit there.

It reminded me of our day out at Prinknash, (pronounced prinash). It too had exotic wild life with very bright colours - here is the link:- http://youtu.be/UEeKsuf05vY

Hi

My grand-daughter composed this music for her GCSE Music exam. We thought it would be fun to use a series of still images manipulated in MvP to produce the movie

Hope you enjoy

Really basic work, just trimming, cross-fades, and about all.

I need to get deeper into the noise reduction methods in MPX6 so I can compensate for how poor my Midland does in low-light.

Hi all
This video was a bit of an experiment and I think it turned out well. The idea was to make some material for local clients who couldn't afford the full kit and crew approach so it’s very simply shot with just a Canon Legria, Clip Mic, Handheld Mic and 2 x 5000K Daylight lamps. MoviePlus was essential in putting it all together. Stabilize very much came into its own as the tracking shots had no steadicam and the camera is light. In the end it’s the people and the location that carry it and the editing allows them to come through, I hope, pretty seamlessly.

Gordon, I think the hat shop video came out very well. You nailed it with the lighting as the colors just pop. It's good to see an example of MP stabilize in action.

Thanks for that Tom. Certainly the client is very pleased. I think there was some disappointment on the night that we were a small two person set up, not the full works, but on the other hand this (and my wife's interview technique) helped to get a more natural response for the vox. The biggest issue was continuity but again MP helped with a bit of cropping to exclude left hand changing to right as the shot changed etc! I used to direct editing while someone else did the work (back in the day!) but now I love diy with MP! So satisfying.

A test of using soundFX from a game, Chaser. Just some slight messing about with keyframes, panning, and gain to hopefully create a real sounding soundscape.

Can anyone give me input on this?

The VideoFX is just a process I'm tweaking to create "dream-like" footage. Its not perfect, but I like it when the camera isn't hunting for exposure.

This is a faked tilt-shift following the tutorial provided by Serif. I rather like how it came out, though there are some issues with it (namely the mask being faded on the edges, where it should not be).
