It must be something to do with antialising, which on curved or diagonal edges would give better results.

This is like "Twenty Questions."

Perhaps you have applied an effect which has spread beyond the top and right edges?

There's no setting to change the behaviour.

Shapes like the attached will look jagged without antialiasing, so DrawPlus (and PagePlus) export as picture always applies antialiasing.

Geoff's answer is correct.

From the Tools menu, use Convert to Picture PNG or BMP will do fine, but not JPG.

Then Export as Picture to get the compressed PNG image with sharp edges. Apparently, antialiasing is applied only to vectors.

I'm likely to think it's a bug, as I've had the same problem in the past.

I think this one pixel line, is also causing issues with the replicate tool. Replicate Tool Problem

This seems to be a bug introduced with DPX6. I have been using X5, and could eliminate the problem as I described. But I've just tried in X6, and as you have found, it does not work!

The problem is that the image is not a whole pixel dimension in either height or width.

Start a new drawing, use pixels as the dimensions. Copy your rectangle to it and look at the transform tab. Change it to a whole pixel number in both width and height. Now export it. Because it is a square shape, it will not matter if super sample is on or not.
