Yes I contacted Serif support. The first time the customer service gentleman did not want to send me to tech support he recommend I download FileZilla which I did. But I am not an advanced web publisher so it didn't work for me when I called customer service back the gentleman forceful transferred me although he warned I would be on hold for a while, sure enough. I waited until I realized they had closed.

I thought you said you were not using WebPlus on your Mac, but were using something called Sanbox as the web building tool.
This is what my webplus.net Account Details looks like.
You could try creating a new account in Account Details as your current account may have become corrupt.
Also, do contact Tech Support again, as a webplus.net user you should be provided support during the hours that they are open.
