Default Registration incentive

Hi, I recently bought Photoplus X5. After registering I received an email telling me that I am entitled to a download of "Photoplus X5 Registration Incentive ESD. I tried to do so, but nothing happened. When I looked at my account I saw that it had been dispatched on the 7th July. So can anyone tell me if it is really a download, and what it consists of.
Thank you, TomB

Yes, it is a download - download - save and run to install.
It consists of overlays - in Webplus X5 > Menu > Help > Registration Wizard - for more details.

Welcome to the forum.

When you're viewing the order in your account, just click the Download button.

Thanks for that Sarah. I'm trying to find an excuse for not seeing it myself, all I can come up with is that I am male.

Have installed the overlays, but as BBW found, they are all blank even though they show a file size of 13-14 Mhz, even when viewed in Windows Explorer with thumbnails selected. Should I download again, I have already tried reinstalling.

As I indicated in my reply to BBW, the overlays are not blank (although I can confirm that they look blank in Windows Explorer on this Win 7 system). I've attached a screenshot of the Bricks overlay as it appears in IrfanView at 10% zoom.

For those wondering, BBW's thread on the subject is here: http://forums.serif.com/showthread.php?t=115076.

Thanks Alfred for your reply, I tried to view them in Irfanview, with the same result. Not to worry I can cope without them

Tom,
Whilst it might look like a fairly serious restoration, the "After" image below is really just the "Before" image with the "grunge" overlay removed. The overlays do work, it is really a matter of overlaying something with them so you can see the effect.

To produce the "before" image, I placed the grunge overlay on a layer above the original image in PhPX5, and set the blend mode set to Exclusive and Opacity to 80%.
