Dijenga is an unknown quantity at this point
Default ImpactPlus and Win8.1

They don't get along at all.

You still won't be able to register, but here is how you get it to function and remain useable:

Find the WININET.DLL file in your "program files(x86)\Serif\ImpactPlus\5.0" folder and rename it to WININET.LLD ... click yes on the warning dialog.

Now, go to your Windows\system32 folder and copy the file wininet.dll by right clicking and selecting copy.

Paste the file in your "program files(x86)\Serif\ImpactPlus\5.0" where the WININET.DLL file was.

Restart and now the program will work as before with the exception that it cannot be registered with Serif any longer.
