Default Importing HTML

I've struggled building http://www.internet-grocer.net (if you need to look) using HotDogPro which produces plain ol' HTML.

I *just* bought WPx6 and thought I'd import a page I was working on and see how WPx6 could "spiff it up" .... except that I couldn't find a way to do it. It wants to open either PP or WP files only.

Is all my work at creating/publishing 150+ HTM files in vain (as far as WPx6 goes), or can you show me how to import HTML files?

Thanks!

Bruce

Welcome to the Serif forums, Bruce.

The options you're looking for is 'Import Web Pages...', on the File menu. Results are somewhat variable, so you may wish to press the 'Advanced >>' button and experiment with the options revealed there, particularly 'Import Using Tables'.

Hi both

I just imported the HOME page with all the Advanced features ticked EXCEPT Tables.

It came it good, as expected, because of the simplicity of the page design.

Yup, I do agree it's time for a facelift, too. You'll enjoy doing that in WebPlus.
