PhotoPlus X5: Photoplus organiser not recognising Iphone

Hi there,

Good to see the forum back up!!!

I am connecting my Iphone to the computer to import pics but finding that photoplus organiser is not registering any pics on the phone. Even though you can choose import/apple iphone. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a solution.

Windows 7 on a HP.
