How to set up email address in WebPlus Silver

Hi,
I've loaded my first website to WebPlus Silver, everthings working fine, except for the email address on the 'Contact' page. I used my own address on [U]Bigpond[/U, does it have to be an address associated with my URL?

No, email addresses used with the Smart Obects, including the SWR form, can be anything you want.

Still have problems with email contact form.
1. 'Catcha' not working &
2. When I submit form get this message: 'Your form could not be submitted. Please contact the owner of the site where you completed the form for further details'

The web address at top of message says - http://www.serifwebresources.com/form.php?uid=

Where have I gone wrong

Did you receive the message from SWR when you entered the target email address for delivery of the form messages? Check the inbox/spam folder of that address, then click the confirmation link in the message.

If you cannot find it, head back to the target window, delete the email address and then add it again.

Your web browser must be set to accept all cookies, including "third party" cookies.

Note. These cookies are only needed during the actual CAPTCHA session. They can be deleted later, eg. The web browser can be set to delete cookies automatically when the web browser is closed.

I think you are asking a different question... so suggest that you start a new thread.

As far as I know, Serif's "Silver" WebPlus.net web hosting provides one email account (address) which has the format:

admin@(your-subdomain).webplus.net.

The instructions are (or should be) online, in your WebPlus.net control panel.
