Default Bye Bye, ImpactPlus

I can't find ImpactPlus listed in the new Serif web site.

I presume this means IP has finally been ended.

I cannot find it anywhere on the internet. I purchased I.P. just over a year ago. I made the switch to a new computer and I.P. is lost now, I need to re-download it. Any idea of where I can find it?

Thanks, Anthony

On the old computer's hard drive to copy the installer file to your new computer?

Your backup data source?

Your original disk?

eBay?

Offer to purchase it from someone here?

Contact Serif to see if they can add a downloadable file to your account?

I searched my old drive and did not find any files. I found a page on their site where I could review my old orders and re-download the program but the download button is missing from the page. They must have removed it. I don't have a disc because I originally purchased the downloadable version.

You bought a download version of a program and didn't save and/or back up the downloaded file? Oh, dear ...

Yes, stupid me. I do have a program called Recover My Files which is of course on my old hard drive. I will have to find it first before searching for I.P. What a mess!!

It was superceded by 3DPlus. It appears to be downloadable from http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/d...3DPlus_6889_p/ I hope that is a legal site.

Update: I contacted Serif for the download. Iwas charged $9.95 for the re-download because I originally did not purchase the back-up option, which is ok. It's definatley worth it for this program and I now have it back again. Thanks to all for your help and suggestions,

Make sure you keep a copy of the download file this time, and a backup!
