Default X4 to X6 Workflow, New Features, Flash

Does anyone know if there is a particular work flow that's recommended when updating X4 sites with X6 so that any optimizations (HTML5?) and SEO improvements can be taken advantage of?

All I've done thus far is open the X4 site in X6 then saved it as X6 from that point forward but I'm not sure if that's optimal.

Is there anything else I should be aware of--particularly things that are very different between X4 and X6 that wouldn't be obvious by just reading the new features list?

Also, I see that Flash is still supported and I'm a but surprised. I would have expected HTML5 and JavaScript to be generated instead of Flash video or at least in addition to Flash video but I don't see a GUI user interface that would imply one has an HTML5 and JavaScript option for video.

Thanks a lot!
