uninstalling the PP toolbar urgently please

hi
i really need some help to unistall this crazy toolbar, it is taking over everything i am trying to do and driving me mad, i even deleted the the browser and reinstalled a new one and the bloody toolbar came back, aaarrrggghhh..

ps i am using chrome..
