Default 3D HiDef effect

I was trying to accomplish a HiDef 3 D effect in my photography like on the attached..do I recall a YouTube "How To video on this subject? Or can someone describe the steps (3 layer over under and normal exposures<?>)

Do you mean HDR (High Dynamic Range)? You can find the how-to in the PhotoPlus help file index under HDR Format.
