High Impact email 5

Trying to install High Impact Mail. Installation tells me I do not have Microsoft Net Framework 2 or higher installed and redirects me to the download site. I download it and computer tells me it is already installed. WTF

Problem solved. Serif sent me an old version of setup. Had to go to Templatezone.com to download the newer version.
