Default Message from Google "This site may be compromised"

Hi all,
I have a web site that has been up for a couple of years without any problems, however now when you do a search in Google it comes up with a message saying this site may be compromised. I'm running Win 7 and have checked the site but it seems fine from my end. If you do a search in Bing or Yahoo the notice does not appear. Anyone got any help for me please.
Peggy
