I hope not. That would say much of what they think of X6. If Corporate thinks that an Internationally viewed YouTube video depicting such a landmark point in their companies growth would be edited with with YouTube Video Editor instead of Serif's own flagship editor X6.

What makes you think that Brian?

Possibly it was created in camera using time lapse facility.

I wonder why Serif's corporate PR people think that their global corporate image is best represented by You Tube editing system instead of M+X6 ? it makes me wonder now what does Serif use to produce the training and sales videos?

I have never actually used the YouTube Video Editor so I am not sure what its capabilities are?

In Serifs Happy Birthday video there does not appear to actually be much editing as such, however at the beginning I think the way that the title graphic is flown in and positioned on the middle of the "cake" is quite impressive. Is the YouTube Video Editor capable of that sort of thing?

Is it possible that the video was edited in some software possibly MPX6 and then simply trimmed for some reason on line using the supplied YouTube tools?

Possibly Jon could find out? but if it was edited and posted by the PR dept there is no reason to assume he would actually know.
