WebPlus Starter Edition: download - Serif toolbar

HHi I registered and downloaded the 138Mb file clicked on the execute and all I have loaded is a webolus toolbar at 4.5Mb is there a problem with the download.

Is this the purchased WebPlus X5 or the free Starter Edition?

There is a tick box on the Starter Edition installation screen to install the toolbar, it is ticked by default.

Yes it is the free edition and I checked the toolbar option the first time and got toolbars on my Chrome and IE but no webplus start icon so that I can put in the keycode supplied.I then reloaded it with toolbars unchecked and got the same

Also out of interest can you tell me the difference between free and paid versions please

After the toolbar screen in the install, were you asked if you want to reboot? If so, ensure you choose No and then the WebPlus install will start correctly.

Thanks sarah I woul like to try it out and if I like it then i will purchase the full version and yes I did restart after loading
