Image Stabiliser

I am new to MoviePlus x5 and was trying to find the image stabiliser function in the programme. I have a video clip that is very shaky, and need to stabilise the picture. I have looked through the tutorials but cannot find any mention of this. Have I got the wrong idea of this function? or can the programme solve my problem?

You should have posted this in the MoviePlus Forum.

Anyway it's called Stabilize in the Help screens and is a video effect that you add.
