PagePlus X5: Importing PDF Text Problems

Today I installed PP X5.

I imported a PDF form and all the text is not there.
There are some letters in Uppercase and BOLD, even in the middle of a sentence, spaces where there are none in the original form and letters replaced by a box with a "x" in it.

Should I have done something to any settings before I import any PDF?

I have had this problen in all versions of PP, since importing PDF has been available.

The import is so bad that the only quick way to do it, would be to make a completely new form and then export it in PDF Format, which isn't really what I want to do.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
