Printing in Vista

Since installing PP X2 on my Vista machine I am unable to print anything at all in Page Plus X2. Does anyone else receive the error message "Unable to start print". My curreny installation is a dustbin job and is having a disasterous effect on my one man business. No solution offered to me yet by Serif has worked.
