Lightbulb Sizing Photos for printing

How can you crop in Album Plus 4 so that the resulting image is fine for printing on a 6*4 photo. I want to upload the images to a third party printing service, so need to have an image that is already the correct size

Firstly, Album Plus is for cataloging pictures. It is not a photo editing package.

Secondly, my experiences with online shops is that they do not require a file already set to 'the correct size'.

Which online people are you using?

I know that they do not require the image set to the required size, but I do not wish to leave it chance which part of the image they leave out. Do you have any suggestions ?

The online companies don't crop your images, they make them fit. If you want to have a print of a specific part of a picture, then crop it first in a bitmap editor.
