Easiest way is to increase the volume/gain on the timeline track or clips properties.

Hi, Keith

I'm relatively new at using MvP, and I'm having a bit of fun playing with audio levels, coming from a broadcast background.

When you select your music track, click on VOLUME and then SHOW KEYFRAMES. Here you can move the small ball/bubble up to control the overall volume of your track, or just increase the db setting.

In screenshot #2, you can see where I'm playing with the volume control in various segments of the music track for video pieces that have sound, which I want to be heard over the music. Then, there's another segment where I plan to do voice-over narration.

Lon, thanks for the response.

I had tried what you suggested but the export volume doesn't go up. Somewhere the volume is adjusted during export.

Again, remember that I'm writing as a novice to MvP. What I've gleaned is that audio comes into the project at zero-db, meaning that it's not diminished or boosted. Rather, zero is the base line. To make it higher, you have to adjust the volume setting to a positive db number, as shown in the screenshot.

Are you saying that you've done that and hear no difference?
