Physically Challanged Web Support

I know this is not a higly requested feature but it would be an interesting selling point if WebPlus was able to generate web pages for the physically challanged or browsers deficient in various features such as scripting, applets.

In my simple cases I would like ability to define alternate text for images and java applets.

If you allowed parameter additions in a general way, I could add alternate text myself and you would be able handle things that Serif did not code for. For example, you could support *.jar files instead of class files.

I am really want a way to edit/add to the generated output within WebPlus so my changes don't need to be repeated each time a page gets published.
