Whatever I do, some frames display for less than the time required.
As a final test I set up a simple 5 frame animation, each with 1 letter (A to E).
Under Properties, set all frames to display for 1000ms, and confirmed each frame shows that time. Also set it to loop continuously.
Preview worked correctly.
Exported as picture, changed format to animated GIF.
I tested in Irfanview, Firefox and IE, in all cases frame A displays for about 50ms, all others display correctly for 1000ms.
Computer is Windows 8, 64 bit.
What am I doing wrong?
Until recently I have had no trouble making gifs by using stop frame animation and exporting the file as a gif and opening in either Chrome or IE.
I have attached 2 files and I cannot see what I am doing wrong.
After exporting and saving when the file is opened there is just a static shape and no movement what so ever.
If I am not doing anything wrong then maybe it's a setting or my computer is playing up?

SM:HELP I rarely use Drawplus but decided to follow the tutorial for creating the night scene using spray brushes.
Unfortunately selecting the spray brushes results in solid colour and not scattered as it should.
This effect only occurs in one limited user account.
I have tried in another limited account and in the administrator account and the brushes work correctly.
I recall that there is a way of re-setting Serif software but I have not kept the instructions for doing so.
A re-install did produce a prompt for this but I didn't accept when perhaps I should have.
Any help would be appreciated.
